Victoria Rowell (aka "Drucilla" from the Young & the Restless--who we miss tremendously on the show) announced her engagement to artist, Radcliffe Bailey, over the weekend. The couple had an engagement bash in Atlanta to celebrate the occasion. Congrats to the couple!!!!
